Holy Spirit Prep (HSP) is a Preschool to 12th grade independent Catholic school offering a classical education focused on development of intellectual virtue. We foster practice of effective study, and appreciation for the abundant goodness of the world in our students. The curriculum is grounded in classic texts of western civilization and focused on development of right judgment, logical thinking, and analytical skills essential for proper discernment between concepts, behaviors, and values which uplift, and those which degrade.
HSP’s worldview is rooted in the dignity of all people and their universal call to holiness and salvation in Christ. (Gal. 3:28). We emphasize the essentials of writing, critical thinking, and argumentation (the Trivium), and rigorous study in sciences and mathematics (the Quadrivium) as part of our “Classical, Catholic education for the 21st century”.
Our students achieve impressive results on recognized standards of excellence, gaining admission into top rated colleges and universities. We encourage them to be genuine Christians striving to do ordinary things extraordinarily well for love of God and service to others, fulfilling our motto, “ministrare non ministrari”. An HSP education provides the foundation for a lifetime of professional success, personal fulfillment, and spiritual depth.
