Family and Faith

THE HSP MEN'S GROUP
The HSP Men's Group offers an opportunity for HSP dads, faculty, staff, and alumni to interact and contribute through periodic social activities and faith formation opportunities in our biweekly meetings focused on various elements of the Catholic faith.  For the 2021-2022 school year, our faith formation focus is "Catholicism in Modern Movies: The Theology of filmmaker Christopher Nolan and Sacred Art."

All Holy Spirit Prep men are invited and encouraged to participate. For more information contact HSP dad, Jason Neff, at jneff01@gmail.com.

THE CONNECTIONS WOMEN'S GROUP
Connections is an HSP community of women, devoted to building prayer, spiritual growth, and personal formation opportunities, as well as fellowship among the HSP ladies.

Our Patron Saint is St. Teresa of Calcutta. Her example of holy and joyful testimony of praying and loving every person with Jesus' heart and being a spiritual mother to us all is truly inspiring!

Our Motto is: “When you know how much God is in love with you, then you can only live radiating that love.”

Please contact Ruth Sacco at saccor1999@gmail.com should you wish to join or learn more about the Connections Women's Group.

COMMUNITY OF PRAYER
Part of our relationship with God is that we pray for one another. Pope St. John Paul II wrote in his testimony that during a period of this life the only way he was able to pray was interceding for others. Often, when someone is in a tight situation, we tell one another that we will pray for them. We can ask for the intercession of one another here on earth, and we ask the saints in heaven to intercede for us there. Praying for one another other than bringing us closer to God also brings us closer to one another.

We invite you to join the HSP community in prayer always but also in two specific ways.  This year at Holy Spirit Prep, we offer the possibility to offer an intention at Mass. To do so, you can stop by the front office on either campus or email the Front Office Managers. Either contact can help you offer a Mass on both campuses.

Please email Maria Insalaca at minsalaca@holyspiritprep.org for information regarding Mass intentions.
