Before and After School Care

Early Morning Care (7:20am-7:40am)

The Early Morning Care Program (EMC) is available daily to Lower and Middle School students from 7:20am to 7:40am for a fee. During this time, students will be supervised by faculty. Students registered for the Early Morning Care Program may be dropped off at the Library door beginning at 7:20am. Students will be dismissed to their Homeroom at 7:40am. All students participating in Early Morning Care must be registered with the program.

  • Yearly Pre-Paid: $475
  • Daily Pay: $3
  • A one-time registration fee of $50 is due with registration form.

Extended School Program (Dismissal-6:00pm)

Our Extended School Program (ESP) provides a place for Lower School and Middle School students when parents need additional time to pick up their children. The program is staffed by members of the school’s faculty and operates *daily from 3:00pm-6:00pm. The Extended School Program provides homework time, supervised recess, activities, and afternoon snacks. Our Extended School Program does not operate on early dismissal days.

Payment Options
Students of Non-HSP Faculty/Staff must pay an annual $50 registration fee per child. Additionally, there are four (4) payment options available:

  1. Daily - $15 (Due at Pick-Up)
  2. Monthly - $250
  3. Semesterly - $1,100
  4. Annually - $2,200


While students of HSP Faculty/Staff must be registered online, ESP is complimentary and the registration fee is waived.

Cougar Hour (3:00pm-4:00pm)

Athletics

Lower School students compete in the Catholic Metro League for basketball and soccer. Middle School students compete in GAPPS or MAAC for various sports including football, cross country, basketball, swimming, cheerleading, soccer, tennis, volleyball, track and field, golf, and baseball.

Cougar Hour (3:00pm-4:00pm)

The following options are available to our Lower School and Middle School students during Cougar Hour daily between 3:00pm to 4:00pm:

  • Tutorial: Available to students by appointment with faculty members.
  • Clubs: Clubs provided by outside vendors (for a fee) or faculty members. 

Registration is required for Cougar Hour Clubs. First Quarter Cougar Hour Activities are coming soon.
